2. Cut down on sugar, carbs and fats as much as you can help it. So something along the lines of ‘milk tea with no sugar’ or ‘teh-c kosong’ as people term it in this part of the world where I live.👌
3. Stretch for 30 seconds the first thing you wake up in the morning to set the right tempo for the day! 🧘♀️ Scour Pinterest/Google/Youtube for easy-to-follow pilates/yoga moves and do 30 counts of planks. Somehow in some way, there’s something magical about the number 3. 🙃
